For the last two years, Dr. Leong has been invited to give the facial plastic surgery oral exam to as part of the certification of head and neck surgeons as Board Certified in the United States. This is a highly rigorous face to face exam that helps ensure the quality of doctors in the United States. Only 24 facial plastic surgeons from around the country were asked to perform this duty.
