This patient was not happy with the fullness in her neck and the lower half of her face. at 25 years old she’s young and a great candidate for a deepnecklift. I find patients less than about 35 years old can achieve phenomenal results through a tiny incision under the chin only. There are no incisions around the ears as with a traditional #facelift. I Combined the deep neck lift procedure with two other procedures to achieve this result, buccalfatremoval and lateral neckliposuction.

The deep neck lift achieves superior results to other alternatives like simple neck liposuction, coolsculpting, kybella, and energy assisted liposuction because it allows removal of deeper neck fat, as well as excess muscle and gland tissue.
