This lady from Pittsburgh was upset about her aging appearance. She was particularly unhappy about her aging neck with the loose skin hanging down under her chin. She indicated that her priority in selecting a surgeon was to obtain a natural looking result.
Frontal:
This frontal view shows a revitalized and undetectably natural appearance. Her neck has been greatly improved, but her jowl area and cheeks also are much more youthful.
Left Lateral:
Another view of her rejuvenated neck and jawline. Please note that it’s not just the skin directly under her chin and jawline that have been corrected. If you look well down on her neck, almost to the level of her collar bone, the excess skin has been repositioned and removed.
Right Lateral:
This view shows the improvement in her jawline, cheek volume, and neck. She has regained her straight, elegant jawline – a key characteristic of the youthful face. Note the smooth and sculpted skin of her neck, including lower in the neck. Her cheek volume and marionette lines are greatly improved.
